At Fantasy Baseball Insight we don’t claim to be “experts” in the world of fantasy baseball because there really are no “experts” in the world of fantasy baseball as we see it. We see “experts” exist in the fields of medicine, science, history–not fantasy baseball. We maintain that almost all of us have access to a wide variety of information and statistics that can be used to determine ways to put together the best fantasy baseball team possible. Its how we use that information and those statistics to make the most educated decision possible whether it be at the draft table or when evaluating a possible trade.

The bottom line is that once we digest all the information we as fantasy baseball players have, and we make our selections on draft day, all bets are off. Not even the players themselves have 100% control over their on-field performance, so how can we consider ourselves experts and pretend that we know exactly how each player will perform in a given season?

Our goal is to approach fantasy baseball from a perspective, not of that of an expert, but of that of the baseball fanatic who has access to a potpourri of information. We will do our best to provide our readers with ways to digest this various information in a manner that may save them some of their valuable time as well as possibly lead their fantasy baseball team to a league title.
